What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things between visits — for example, that you've dismissed a banner — and let us understand how the site is used in aggregate.
How we use cookies
We use three categories of cookies on triagents.ai:
- Essential cookies — needed to operate the site (e.g. preference state). These cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality.
- Analytics cookies — let us understand aggregated traffic patterns. We use a privacy-respecting analytics provider and do not share data with advertising networks.
- Marketing cookies — used only where you explicitly consent, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Cookie inventory
The cookies currently set by triagents.ai:
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
tri_consent | Stores your cookie preferences. | Essential | 12 months |
tri_session | Maintains your session if you sign in. | Essential | Session |
_pa_id / _pa_ses | Anonymous analytics — visitor + session identifiers. | Analytics | 13 months / 30 minutes |
When third-party services are embedded (for example, a YouTube video on a case-study page), those services may set their own cookies according to their own policies. We disclose these where present and only load them once you've consented.
Managing cookies
You can control cookies in two ways:
- Through the cookie banner on your first visit, or by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer at any time.
- Through your browser settings — every modern browser lets you delete cookies and block them site-by-site. allaboutcookies.org has step-by-step instructions for major browsers.
Note that blocking essential cookies will degrade the site experience (e.g. you may see the cookie banner on every visit).
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always at triagents.ai/cookies, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
