Every hospital uses triage. No practice triages its calls.

That gap is the entire reason Triagents exists. The patient who needs an MRI today gets the same hold music as the patient who's curious about Saturday hours. The referring GP gets dropped into the same queue as everyone else. The doctor in distress can't even get a callback.

We separated the work the way good clinical reception does — by intent. A planner that scopes, an agent that executes, and a verifier that signs off. Then we built it for one specialty, and one customer, before we wrote a marketing site.

We're not building a chatbot. We're building the connective tissue between a patient and a clinic when there's no human on the other end of the line.

Clinical safety first. If we have to choose between a graceful AI escalation and a slightly clunkier human handoff that protects a patient, we choose the human. Always.

Sovereignty over convenience. Patient data stays in the jurisdiction it was collected in. AWS Sydney for Australian clinics. Period. We will not move data offshore for cost.

Outcomes over outputs. We measure ourselves on what we let a clinic ship — bookings made, calls answered, hours given back — not on tokens generated or screens shipped.

Our office is in Melbourne, Victoria. Our engineering team is distributed across Australia. Our infrastructure is in AWS Sydney. Our customers are in regional Victoria, Sydney and (soon) Adelaide.
