The first follow-on release after TriageFlow’s GA: radiologist rostering and attendance, wired directly into what TriageVoice and TriageChat say is available.
The problem we heard
In our first pilot group, the most frequent operational complaint wasn’t about the AI — it was about scheduling. The roster lived in three places: a wall whiteboard, a Google Sheet, and a memory. When a radiologist swapped a shift, the AI didn’t know. When a modality went offline for service, the AI didn’t know. When the on-call rotated, the AI didn’t know.
The result was a small number of bookings that the AI confirmed but reception had to call back to cancel. Not many. But each one was a small dent in trust.
What v1.01 adds
A first-class roster in TriageFlow. Radiologists, modalities, sites, time-windows. Live edits. A simple weekly cadence that the practice manager already keeps anyway, with a clean export when the practice management system needs to consume it.
The agents — Voice and Chat — read from the roster in real time. When they say “the earliest slot for cervical-spine MRI is Tuesday 10:30AM”, that’s now grounded in who’s actually working, on which machine, in which location.
What it doesn’t replace
Your existing PMS rostering. We’re not trying to be the source of truth — we’re trying to be a fast, agent-facing read-through to a source of truth you already maintain. v1.01 ships with Best Practice and Genie integrations; Medical Director is in the next sprint.
What’s next
Modality attendance and equipment service status — same model, applied to machines instead of clinicians. Q3 2026.
