Hello, Triagents

Why we're building a triage layer for modern healthcare — starting in radiology, expanding from there.

Triagents is an AI triage layer for modern healthcare — voice, chat, and workflow agents operating as one platform. We’re building it from Melbourne, hosted on sovereign Australian infrastructure, focused first on radiology and imaging where the operational pain is sharpest and the wins are most measurable.

The thesis

Every hospital uses triage. Almost no clinic triages its calls. That mismatch is the entire reason we exist. A patient who needs an MRI this week gets the same hold music as the patient who’s curious about Saturday hours. A referring GP waits in the same queue as everyone else. The doctor in distress can’t even get a callback.

We separated the work the way good clinical reception does — by intent, by urgency, by who needs to be involved. Then we built it for one specialty, one customer, before we wrote a marketing site.

Three agents, one layer

  • TriageVoice — the voice agent that answers in two rings.
  • TriageChat — the embedded widget that lives on the clinic website.
  • TriageFlow — the operator’s workspace behind both.

They share one triage brain. None of them are bolted-on. They’re sold and operated as one platform.

What’s next

We’re onboarding clinic groups across Victoria and New South Wales. If you run a radiology group — or know one whose reception team is drowning — let us know.
